• Request for Information - Released on June 7, 2005 for the purpose of gathering information from the private sector community on wireless technology.

• Request for Proposal - Released on November 29, 2005 to the private sector community, seeking competitive bids to deploy the wireless network.

• Master Participation Agreement - An agreement between Washtenaw County and the local units of government to secure public assets for the purposes of the project.

• Provider Agreement - An agreement between Washtenaw County and 20/20 Communications to build-out a wireless network.
