Partner Selection Update

For the last two months, the project team has been busy reviewing and evaluating the four Wireless Washtenaw proposals. A formal announcement regarding provider selection is expected in early June when the Advisory Board reconvenes to discuss the evaluations. The meeting will be open to the public. Further details will be available in the coming weeks.

Once provider selection is finalized, the project team will work with the provider to carry out a series of pilots within the community. Locations and further details surrounding the pilots will be available within the coming months, pending further collaboration with the selected provider. It is anticipated that the pilots will last from July to September and provide the foundation to build out a county-wide network.
